NOTE: These are the VERY FIRST printed editions with a limited run of 20 copies - EVER. There was a mixup at the publisher and an extra blank page was added in the beginning. This moved the page frame layout just enough to not match my original design, but the core content is the same as the other editions (see pics).
I only have a few of these and am selling them at a massive discount for a limited time as an introduction to the system. This version will NEVER be available again.
